细节管理在妇产科管理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的观察并探讨细节管理在妇产科管理中的应用价值。方法选取该院妇产科2017年12月—2018年12月期间收治的患者80例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数学表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例参与研究,对照组患者给予常规妇产科管理,研究组患者采用细节管理模式,对比两组患者的满意度。结果研究组患者(97.50%)的满意度明显高于进行常规妇产科管理的对照组(80.00%),两组患者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科管理中采用细节管理模式有较好的医疗效果,提高了护理满意度,帮助产妇早日康复,值得广泛应用与推广。Objective To observe and discuss the application value of detail management in obstetrics and gynecology management.Methods Eighty patients admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random math table method.40 patients in each group participated in the study.Patients in the control group were given routine obstetrics and gynaecology management,and patients in the study group were given a detailed management model to compare the satisfaction of the two groups.Results The satisfaction of patients in the study group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the detailed management model in the management of obstetrics and gynecology has a good medical effect,improves the satisfaction of nursing,and helps the maternal recovery soon.It is worthy of widespread application and promotion.
