摘 要:风险指引型性能指标体系能够准确、客观评价机组的性能状态,为制定相应的管理行动提供依据。但是其由多个性能指标组成,无法对机组整体状态进行评估,也不利于开展国际、国内同行对标分析等应用,故有必要在此基础上研究出一个综合性能指数(即风险指引型性能指数)。本文在风险指引型性能指标基础上,根据阈值进行插值计算出各指标分值,再采用德尔菲法(Delphi方法)确定各性能指标的权重,最后对各指标加权分值进行求和得出机组的性能指数。通过该指数来跟踪电厂的总体性能,找出各机组的薄弱环节,为推动核电厂核安全持续改进和不断提高,优化管理水平提供支持。The risk-informed performance indicator can accurately and objectively evaluate the performance status of the unit and provide a basis for corresponding management actions.Because it has multiple performance indicators,it is impossible to obtain an overall status indicator,and it is not possible to rank according to the operating status of the unit.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a comprehensive performance index(ie,risk-informed performance index).Based on the performance indicators,this paper calculates the scores of each indicator according to the threshold value,and then uses the Delphi method to determine the weight of each performance index.Finally,the weighted scores of each index a re summed to obtain the unit Performance index.The risk-informed performance index values of each unit are ranked from high to low,and the comprehensive ranking of the multi-units is determined.
