千米定向钻机在立井揭煤防突中的应用

摘　　要：针对东大煤业井筒揭煤受工期制约的情况,利用千米定向钻机定向钻进轨迹可控、施工成本低、覆盖区域广等特性,在井底车场布置千米定向钻机钻孔超前覆盖揭煤区域,提前进行揭煤区域瓦斯预抽,同时在具备穿层施工条件时布置穿层钻孔强化钻孔,可有效缩短揭煤工期和建井工期。对千米定向钻机在立井揭煤防突中的应用进行了探讨。In view of the constraints of the time limit for coal uncovering in Dongda Coal Industry Company,by utilizing the characteristics of directional drilling of kilometer directional drilling machine,such as controllable track,low construction cost and wide coverage area,the drilling hole of kilometer directional drilling machine was arranged at the bottom of the well yard to cover the coal uncovering area ahead,gas pre-drainage in the coal uncovering area was carried out ahead of schedule,and the drilling hole strengthening drilling was arranged when the construction conditions for the coal uncovering layer were met,which can effectively shorten the time for uncovering coal and mine construction.This paper discussed the application of kilometer directional drilling machine in coal uncovering and outburst prevention in vertical shafts.
