矿用胶带输送机扩音电话音频电路的优化设计

摘  要:扩音电话安装在胶带输送机沿线,用于起动预告、打点信号联络和语音通话。针对矿用扩音电话的特殊应用场景和工作方式,对设备的音频采集处理电路进行了全面设计优化。针对扩播的通话方式,加入了侧音消除电路;选用二阶巴特沃斯低通滤波器对扩播的语音信号进行滤波处理,有效降低了环境和传输噪音的干扰;加入音频AGC电路,保证设备在远近不同距离串联使用情况下良好的语音质量。经过实际检验,该音频处理电路使用性能良好,可满足使用需求。The amplifying telephone is installed along the belt conveyor for predicting and contacting start-up signal,and voice calls.Considering the special application scenarios and working modes of the amplifying telephone,the audio acquisition and processing circuit of the equipment is optimized.About the broadcast call,the side tone elimination circuit must be joined in.We use a two-order Butterworth low-pass filter to filter audio signals,effectively reducing the interference of ambient and coupling noise.In order to ensure the voice transmission quality in the near and far distance is good,we add AGC circuit too.After the actual test,the audio processing circuit has good performance and can meet the user’s requirements.
