数字环境下地方哲社成果评奖的查证服务浅析

摘　　要：数字科研环境下,面向哲社科研成果评奖的决策参考服务,主要方式包括成果的查证、查重,以及成果创新性分析和成果影响力研判等。这类服务一般是依托具有科技查新资质的人员,借鉴科技查新流程开展的,总体上缺乏机构、制度、资源等保障。要提升决策参考服务,需要构建专业服务体系、健全针对性服务制度,搭建共享的服务资源和平台。Under the environment of digital scientific research,decision-making reference services for the award evaluation of Philosophical and Social Sciences Achievements are mainly provided by means of checking and re-examining achievements,innovative analysis of achievements,and research and evaluation of influence,etc. This kind of service generally relies on the personnel who have the qualification of scientific and technological novelty retrieval. Generally,it lacks the guarantee of institutions,systems and resources. To improve decision-making reference service,we need to build a professional service system,improve the targeted service system,and build shared service resources and platforms.
