活血通络方治疗IgA肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血通络方治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法:将IgA肾病患者68例随机分为两组各34例。对照组口服肾炎康复片,治疗组在对照组基础上加服活血通络方。观察两组患者治疗前后的尿红细胞计数、24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能(GFR、Scr、BUN)及中医临床证候的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后,尿沉渣红细胞计数、尿相差镜红细胞计数、24h尿蛋白定量、GFR、Scr、BUN及中医临床证候比较具有差异性(P﹤0.05),治疗组作用优于对照组。结论:中药活血通络方治疗IgA肾病可以提高疗效。Objective:To observe the optimized scheme for treating IgA nephropathy by Huoxue Tongluo recipe.Methods:68 cases of patients with IgA nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Shenyan Kangfu tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus by Huoxue Tongluo recipe on the basis of control group.The changes of urine red blood cell count,24hrUprV,renal function(GFR,Scr,BUN)and TCM clinical syndromes of patients were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:In two groups after treatment,red blood cell count in urinary sediment,red blood cell count of urine phase contrast microscope,24hrUprV,GFR,Scr,BUN and TCM clinical syndromes of patients were with comparative difference(P﹤0.05).The effect in treatment group was better than in control group.Conclusion:In treatment of IgA nephropathy,Huoxue Tongluo recipe of Chinese medical herbs can enhance the therapeutic effect.
