香薷乙醇提取物对禽传染性支气管炎病毒增殖的影响

摘　　要：为研究香薷(Elsholtzia ciliata(Thunb.)Hyland.)乙醇提取物对禽传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)增殖的影响,采用3种处理方式(先加入香薷乙醇提取物后接种病毒、先接种病毒后加入香薷乙醇提取物、香薷乙醇提取物与病毒混合感作后加入)检测香薷乙醇提取物的体外抗病毒效果以及对所感染H1299细胞内抗病毒基因表达的影响。结果显示,3种处理方式均能对IBV在细胞内的增殖起到一定的抑制作用,其中香薷乙醇提取物与病毒混合感作后对IBV的抑制效果最显著,且随着药物处理时间的增加,对IBV的抑制效果越明显。同时,与对照组相比,使用香薷乙醇提取物处理感染IBV的细胞后,细胞内抗病毒基因SOCS3、OASL、STAT1的表达量均有提升。结果表明香薷乙醇提取物能通过调控干扰素途径,增强抗病毒免疫反应,从而抑制病毒的增殖。In order to study the effect of ethanol extract of Elsholtzia ciliata(Thunb.)Hylandon inhibiting the proliferation of avian infectious bronchitis virus(IBV),three kinds of treatment methods(first add the ethanol extract of Elsholtzia ciliata and inoculate the virus,first inoculate the virus and add the ethanol extract of Elsholtzia ciliata,the ethanol extract of Elsholtzia ciliate mixed with virus and added)are used to detect the antiviral effect of the ethanol extract of Elsholtzia ciliata and the effect of intracellular antiviral gene expression in H1299.The results show that all three treatments can inhibit the proliferation of IBV in cells.Among them,the inhibitory effect on IBV is the most significant after the feeling.And as the drug treatment time increases,the inhibitory effect on IBV is more obvious.At the same time,compared with the control group,the expression levels of antiviral genes SOCS3,OASL and STAT1 are raised after treatment of IBV-infected cells with ethanol extract.The results reveal that the ethanol extract of Elsholtzia ciliata can enhance the antiviral immune response by regulating the interferon pathway,thereby inhibiting the proliferation of the virus.
