摘  要:采用马弗炉烧结硅橡胶的方法,对比分析了成瓷填料对陶瓷化硅橡胶瓷化性能的影响。结果表明,采用煅烧黏土和白云母粉作成瓷填料时,随着成瓷填料用量的增加,硅橡胶陶瓷化产物的致密程度与尺寸稳定性提高,同时拉伸强度和拉伸长率降低。白云母粉与煅烧黏土的熔融温度不同,两者配合使用时不能使硅橡胶形成致密的陶瓷体。提高烧结温度和延长烧结时间可增强硅橡胶陶瓷化产物的性能。The effect of ceramic additives on the properties of ceramic silicone rubber was compared and analyzed by the method of silicone rubber sintered in Muffle furnace.Results show that when calcined clay and muscovite powder as porcelain filler is used,with the increase of ceramic filler,the density and dimensional stability of the silicone rubber ceramic product increases,while its tensile strength and tensile elongation are lowered.The melting temperature of the muscovite powder and the calcined clay is different,and when the both are used together,the silicone rubber cannot formed into a dense ceramics.Increasing the sintering temperature and prolonging sintering time can also enhance the properties of ceramic silicone rubber.
