摘 要:采用红外光谱(IR)研究了硅橡胶结构,并以硅橡胶甲基弯曲振动(δCH3-silicone)为研究对象,进一步研究了硅橡胶的变温红外光谱(TD-IR)和二维红外光谱(2D-IR)。结果表明,随着测定温度的升高,硅橡胶δCH3-silicone对应的吸收强度及频率发生明显改变。硅橡胶δCH3-silicone包括面内弯曲振动(βCH3-silicone)和面外弯曲振动(γCH3-silicone)。硅橡胶βCH3-silicone对应的吸收频率为1413 cm^-1(βCH3-1-silicone)和1404 cm^-1(βCH3-2-silicone),热扰动下硅橡胶βCH3-silicone吸收峰变化快慢顺序为:1413 cm^-1(βCH3-1-silicone)>1404 cm-1(βCH3-2-silicone)。硅橡胶γCH3-silicone对应的吸收频率为1260 cm^-1(γCH3-1-silicone)和1253 cm^-1(γCH3-2-silicone),热扰动下硅橡胶γCH3-silicone吸收峰变化快慢顺序为:1260 cm^-1(γCH3-1-silicone)>1253 cm^-1(γCH3-2-silicone)。The structure of silicone rubber was studied by infrared spectroscopy(IR).The temperature-dependent infrared spectroscopy(TD-IR)and two-dimensional infrared spectroscopy(2D-IR)of silicone rubber were further studied by taking silicone rubber methyl bending vibration(δCH3-silicone)as the research object.Results show that with the increase of the measured temperature,the infrared absorption intensity and frequency of siliconeδCH3-silicone changed obviously.The bending vibration of the silicone rubber methylationδCH3-silicone includes in-plane bending vibration(βCH3-silicone)and out-of-plane bending vibration(γCH3-silicone).The band resulting from the siliconeβCH3-silicone are 1413 cm-1(βCH3-1-silicone)and 1404 cm-1(βCH3-2-silicone),but the infrared absorption peak of intensity changes is 1413 cm-1(βCH3-1-silicone)>1404 cm-1(βCH3-2-silicone).The band resulting from the siliconeγCH3-siliconeappears near 1260 cm-1(γCH3-1-silicone)and 1253 cm-1(γCH3-2-silicone),and the sequence of infrared absorption peak changes are 1260 cm-1(γCH3-1-silicone)>1253 cm-1(γCH3-2-silicone).
