摘 要:文章基于医院实验室信息系统(LIS)中,筛选出2016年6月—2019年6月之间ICU患者感染MDRO的病例资料,以其使用的的医疗器械为研究对象,对MDR/PDR-AB、MRSA、MDR/PDR-PA、VRE、CRE等5类医疗器械病原菌进行动态监测,并采用SPSS22.0软件进行数据分析;同时,利用Logistic回归建模方法,筛选出消毒防护、侵入性操作时间、防护知识培训、抗生素使用等作为独立的防控风险因子,构建ICU常见医疗器械感染MDRO的风险预警模型,分析各类防控措施与医疗器械感染MDRO的关联性。结果显示,ICU常用医疗器械感染的多重耐药菌中,MDR/PDR-AB、MRSA在历年中所占比较高,占比较高,MDR/PDRPA、VRE、CRE所占比虽小,但是VRE、CRE有上升趋势,且各类病原菌在不同的医疗器械上发生概率存在一定差异,可见,采取合理的防控措施,是减少ICU常见病原菌感染率的基础支撑。Based on the hospital laboratory information system(LIS),the case data of MDRO infection in ICU patients between June 2016 and June 2019 will be screened out.With the medical devices used as the research object,the pathogenic bacteria of five kinds of medical devices,MDR/PDR-AB,MRSA,MDR/PDR-PA,VRE,CRE,will be dynamically monitored.SPSS22.0 software will be used.At the same time,using logistic regression modeling method,we selected disinfection and protection,invasive operation time,protection knowledge training,antibiotic use as independent risk factors for prevention and control,constructed risk early warning model of common medical devices infected with MDRO in ICU,and analyzed various prevention and control measures and medical devices infected with MDRO.Relevance.The results showed that MDR/PDR-AB and MRSA accounted for a high proportion in the multi-drug-resistant bacteria infected by common medical devices in ICU,while MDR/PDR-PA,VRE and CRE accounted for a small proportion,but VRE and CRE had an upward trend,and the probability of occurrence of various pathogenic bacteria on different medical devices was different.It can be seen that the combination of MDR/PDR-PA,VRE and CRE was adopted.Prevention and control measures are the basic support to reduce the infection rate of common pathogenic bacteria in ICU.
