摘  要:为了对内摆线型单螺杆泵和外摆线型单螺杆泵两种线型双头单螺杆泵进行对比分析,运用MATLAB软件生成短幅内摆线外等距曲线及短幅外摆线内等距曲线即两种线型双头单螺杆定、转子骨线,并用SolidWorks软件建立两种线型双头单螺杆泵相同参数的实体模型,利用ANSYS与SolidWorks之间的图形接口将模型导入到ANSYS软件中进行有限元分析,算出两种线型双头单螺杆泵的举升压力。结果表明:短幅内摆线外等距曲线双头单螺杆泵的性能指标优于短幅外摆线内等距曲线双头单螺杆泵;由于短幅外摆线内等距曲线双头单螺杆泵的检泵成本相较于短幅内摆线外等距线双头单螺杆泵的低,因此短幅外摆线内等距曲线双头单螺杆可应用于小排量的浅井中。Taking internal pendulum single screw pump and external pendulum single screw pump as research objects,it uses the graphical interface between MATLAB and Ansys to build a solid model with the same parameters of double-head single-screw pump in SolidWorks,calculates the lifting pressure of two linear double-head single-screw pump.The results show that the performance index of the curtate hypocycloid double-head single-screw pump is better than that of the curtate epicycloids double-head single-screw pump,the curtate hypocycloid double head single screw can be used in shallow wells with small displacement.
