摘 要:电子元器件的高度集成化对用于散热的热管提出了越来越苛刻的要求。设计了一种新型吹胀式轴向平板热管,在不同充液率、倾角、外部对流等条件下对其进行试验研究。结果表明:吹胀式轴向平板热管存在最佳充液率,为35%;热管倾角对其传热性能具有重要影响,随着倾角的增大,热管传热性能逐渐提高,竖直放置时传热性能最好,水平放置时轴向温差最大;适当增大热管表面风速有助于提高热管的工作效率,对散热器整体性能的提升也有显著效果。The demand for heat pipes has also increased because the high integration of power devices is needed to obtain heat dissipation systems.In this paper the new heat pipe of a type of roll-bond axial flat is proposed and experimented in different conditions of liquid filled ratio,inclination angle and external convection.The results show that the heat pipe has the best liquid filled ratio(35%),the inclination angle has an important influence on heat transfer characteristics of axial flat heat pipe,the heat transfer performance is gradually increased with the angle increasing.It obtains the best angle is 90°.When the angle is 0°,the axial temperature difference is the largest.The properly increasing the volume of air helps to improve the efficiency of the roll-bond axial flat and has a significant effect on the performance of the heat sink.
