摘 要:针对当前雨水排水系统实时性和安全性差、环保率低的问题,提出并设计虹吸式屋面雨水自动排水系统。依据系统排水原理与环节分析,设计自动排水系统框架,以系统设计中管材与管件选取、悬吊管道方向和立管位置确定等关键技术为支撑,将系统设计主要流程定义为:根据降水强度及重现期确定屋面水平投影面积与屋面汇水面积,确定屋面降水强度,据此分配虹吸式雨水斗数目、构建屋面雨水自动排水管网;绘制水力相关计算图,计算管径及系统水力,得到管段沿程与局部阻力损失值、管道流速及管道节点压力值,根据以上参数进行寻优计算,完成系统优化设计。实验结果表明,所设计系统的排水效率和环保率高、安全性好,整体更具优势。Aiming at the poor safety and low environmental protection rate in current rainwater drainage system,it develops a roof rainwater automatic drainage system based on siphon principle.According to the analysis and principle analysis of the system drainage stage,it presents the framework of the automatic drainage system,shows the detail such as pipe and pipe selection,suspension pipe direction and riser position determination.It proposes the main process of system design such as:the horizontal projected area of the roof and the roof catchment area based on rainfall intensity and return period,the scale of the roof precipitation,the number of siphon rainwater bucks,construction of the roof rainwater automatic drainage pipe network,the hydraulic correlation calculation chart,calculation of the pipe diameter and system hydraulic power.The value of the pipeline section along with the local resistance loss,the pipeline flow rate and the pipe joint pressure value are obtained,and the optimization of the system is completed according to the above parameters.The experimental results show that the designed system has high drainage efficiency and environmental protection rate,good safety and overall advantages.
