摘　　要：基于对生态化、文明化的诠释,提出了“生态-文明化”的概念界定及特性认知,对纽约(包括高线公园)的生态-文明化转型的若干动态进行了分析,并结合案例,从空间环境氛围营造、政策制度设计、人力资本素质提升三个方面讨论了城市生态-文明化转型的相关重要议题。Based on the principle of ecologicalization and civilizing,this paper puts forward the definition of ecological-civilized transformation,and dissects its characteristics.This paper also analyses the general trend of affairs on ecologicalcivilized transformation in New York and in High Line Park.Combined with case studies,some important issues on urban ecological-civilized transformation and development have been discussed from three aspects of space environment,policy institution and human capital.
