摘　　要：目的研究手术联合CO2激光治疗巨大型尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的64例巨大型尖锐湿疣患者采用抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组,各32例。对照组患者采用手术治疗;观察组患者采用手术联合CO2激光治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+均升高,且观察组CD3+、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+高于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月后,观察组患者的总复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术联合CO2激光对巨大型尖锐湿疣患者的临床效果明显优于单用手术治疗,有助于提高患者免疫功能,且复发率低。Objective To study the effect of operatio n combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of giant condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 64 patients with giant condyloma acuminatum admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with surgery;patients in the observation group were treated with surgery combined with CO2 laser. The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups increased, and levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After 3 months follow-up, the total recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The operation combined with CO2 laser on giant condyloma acuminatum has better clinical effect than operation alone. It helps to improve the immune function of patients, with low recurrence rate.
