摘　　要：目的探讨延伸服务在烧伤患者功能锻炼中的效果。方法将陕西省人民医院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的60例烧伤康复期患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。两组患者均在院内行常规护理,对照组出院时给予健康指导,观察组给予基于回访的延伸服务。比较两组患者的温哥华瘢痕量表评分、自理能力及遵医行为。结果观察组温哥华瘢痕评分量表得分、自理能力及遵医行为均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对烧伤患者出院后实施定期追踪回访,能延伸健康教育,改善优质护理服务,提高患者出院后康复治疗依从性及生活自理能力,从而促进患者康复。Objective To explore the effect of extended service on functional exercise of burn patients. Methods A total of 60 burn patients in convalescent period admitted in Shaanxi provincial people’s hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were given routine nursing in the hospital, the control group was given health guidance when discharged from the hospital, and the observation group was given extended service based on return visit. The score of Vancouver scar scale,self-care ability and compliance behavior in the two groups were compared. Results The score of Vancouver scar scale,self-care ability and compliance behavior in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conlusion Regular follow-up visits to burn patients after discharge can extend health education, improve quality nursing services, compliance with rehabilitation treatment and self-care ability after discharge of patients, so as to promote patients’ recovery.
