摘 要:本文针对某装置电动调节阀在无任何人为操作的情况下,显示控制台上的电动调节阀开度指示表出现异常波动的问题,对整个电动调节阀控制系统开展详细的排查,依次对各电源、电动调节阀控制信号及开度信号进行采样分析,定位导致异常波动问题的原因。经分析表明,电源及开度信号均正常,控制信号存在100Hz、200Hz、300Hz及400Hz的偶次工频(50Hz)干扰。通过在电动调节阀控制系统中增加滤波电路,干扰信号基本被滤除,异常波动有所减小,有效提高了电动调节阀控制系统的性能及保证该装置的安全运行。In today's society,automatic control technology is widely used in various fields.The performance of electric regulator valve directly influences the accuracy of automatic control as an important implementation components for automatic control systems.In this paper,the opening indicator of the electric regulator on the console show abnormal fluctuations without operation for a nuclear power plant.The problems of the whole control system of electric regulator are examined in detail.In turn,the power supply signals,control signals and opening signals of the electric regulator are sampled and analyzed to locate the causes of abnormal fluctuations.The analysis shows that the power supply and opening signals are normal,and the control signals have occasional frequency(50Hz)interference at 100Hz,200Hz,300Hz and 400Hz.By adding a filter circuit to the electric regulator control system,the interference signal is basically filtered out,and the abnormal fluctuations are reduced.It effectively improves the performance of the electric regulator control system and ensures the safe operation of the nuclear power plant.
