摘　　要：文章以CNKI数据库所提供的国内装配式住宅研究领域文献为样本,结合CiteSpace所提供的可视化分析方法,对其研究热点趋势、核心研究机构分布、研究作者合作网络及核心期刊分布等几个方面进行综合性分析,阐述装配式住宅在我国的研究情况,以及未来的发展趋势。Based on the domestic literature in the field of prefabricated housing research provided by CNKI database and the visual analysis method provided by CiteSpace,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of its research hotspot trend,the distribution of core research institutions,the research author cooperation network and the distribution of core journals,etc.,and expounds the research situation of prefabricated housing in China and its future development trend.
