摘　　要：浙江的城市化进程较快,尤其是城中村的自发改建与棚改项目交错进行。村民的审美习惯受欧式建筑的影响较深,又融入承建方施工单位的山寨式风格。文章以杭州城中村改造为背景,以城中村居民建筑为研究对象,探讨欧式民居建筑立面改造设计方法。通过实地调研,按照住宅的形态现状,将其分为长方形、L形和U形三类;通过走访及问卷调查,归纳出5种居民偏好度较高的欧式建筑风格,并提出立面改造设计策略。The urbanization process in Zhejiang is fast,especially the spontaneous reconstruction of villages in the city and the transformation of shanty towns.The villagers'aesthetic habits are deeply influenced by European architecture,and are also integrated into the cottage style of the contractor's construction unit.Based on the reconstruction of Hangzhou's villages in the city and the residential buildings in villages in the city as the research object,this paper discusses the design method of European residential building facade reconstruction.Through on-the-spot investigation,according to the current situation of residential form,it can be divided into three types:rectangle,L-shape and U-shape.Through interviews and questionnaires,five European architectural styles with high residents'preference are summarized,and the design strategy of elevation reconstruction is put forward.
