摘　　要：残疾人就业是残疾人实现其劳动就业权和发展权的重要途径,也是促进社会稳定和经济发展的关键。目前学界对残疾人就业开展了大量研究,但缺乏系统化的知识构建,需要对该领域的研究文献进行全面的评估与反思。运用系统性文献综述研究法,对2007—2018年间的350篇文献进行编码,首次构建起国内残疾人就业的研究主题框架。对目前研究所采用的理论进行了梳理,总结归纳了现有研究在理论、内容和方法三个方面的局限。最后,基于“供给侧—需求侧”的视角,借鉴积极福利理论和优势理论,提出残疾人就业的未来研究框架。Employment of disabled people is an important way for disabled people to realize their right to work and develop,and it's also crucial to promote social stability and economic development.At present,the academic community has carried out a lot of research on the employment of disabled people,but the lack of systematic knowledge construction requires comprehensive evaluation and reflection on the research literature in this field.This study applies the systematic literature review research method to encode 350 articles published between 2007 and 2018,and builds a research framework for the employment of disabled people in China for the first time,and extracts the theories adopted in current research.The limitations of existing research in theory,content and method are summarized.Finally,based on the perspective of supply-side-demand-side,and by using positive welfare theory and advantage theory for reference,the paper proposes a framework for future research on the employment of disabled people.
