摘　　要：山东,地处“丝綢之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”交汇区域。近年来,山东实施更加积极主动的开放举措,发挥山东由南向北扩大开放、由东向西梯度发展战略节点作用,在构建陆海内外联动、东西双向互济的全面开放新格局上走在前列,开放型经济发展水平不断提升。In the planning and construction of the“Belt and Road”in Shandong,Qingdao has been positioned as the major city of Economic Corridor of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge and the strategic support city of maritime coop eration.Up to now,Qingdao has established sister-city relations with 67 overseas cities,covering more than 30 cou ntries and regions throughout six continents.
