图书馆国际化趋势下的外语人才建设

摘　　要：我国图书馆早已开启国际化发展之路,由独立发展向联合发展演进。国际化是双向交流活动,是动态的、多边的、多元的。国际化发展的一个必要条件是拥有外语人才,这是包括翻译机在内的任何工具所不能替代的。图书馆的国际化趋势对外语人才的素质结构要求是"专业+外语"。建设好外语人才队伍的基本策略是:合理引进、协同培养、政策支持等。On the way of internationalization,today’s libraries are evolving from independent development into joint development,which results from social changes.Being dynamic,multilateral and pluralistic,internationalization is a two-dimensional communicative activity.A necessary condition for the development of internationalization is foreign language talents,which can not be replaced by any tool,including the translation machines.The quality structure of library foreign language talents should be"□+foreign languages"under the trend of library internationalization.The basic strategies for building a good foreign language talent team include reasonable introduction,collaborative training,policy support,etc.
