摘　　要：由于海洋工程和海上新设施日益增多,近海供应船(OSV)的新需求正在不断增长,但由于相关法律法规的空白和缺失,使得与海上生产经营息息相关的近海供应船受到种种限制和制约,文中仅从近海供应船海事监管角度,综合考虑近海供应船的特点及特殊性,探讨海事管理机构对近海供应船所必要的特殊监管措施。Increasing numbers of offshore projects and novel offshore facilitates are creating new and growing demand for offshore supply vessels(OSV).However,due to the lack of relevant laws and regulations,OSVs,which are closely related to the production and operation of offshore oilfields,are subject to various restrictions.The paper explores the special regulatory measures necessary for the OSVs from the perspective of maritime administration,taking into account their characteristics and specificity.
