摘　　要：文中基于大数据,统计分析我国海船船员适任考试情况,力图从一个侧面反映我国船员教育培训质量现状,并对船员适任考试情况与我国高素质海员队伍建设关系进行分析。Based on big data,the paper summarizes and analyzes China’s circumstances of seafarer competency examination,aiming at shedding light on the existing conditions of the quality of seafarer education and training in China.It also probes into the relations between seafarer competency examination and the development of a highquality seafarer team in China.
