摘  要:近年我国旅游市场乱象层生,市场欺诈频发,旅游市场严重失范,尽管各级行政管理部门监管力度不断加大,但旅游市场欺诈等极端事件仍然频现。旅游市场治理不能仅仅局限于立法、行政职能,而应该更加关注旅游市场乱象背后的东道主居民旅游经营环境与生存状况。本文基于旅游目的地东道主居民视角,借助文化人类学的理论与研究方法,分析旅游市场欺诈背后的旅游目的地东道主经济、社会文化环境,特别是东道主居民的经济困境、旅游目的地社会文化约束失效以及我国现有旅游经济体制对旅游市场经营秩序的影响,致力于化解旅游目的地影响旅游市场经营的深层次经济、社会文化矛盾的对策研究。In recent years,China’s tourism market has been in a state of chaos,frequent market fraud and serious anomie of the tourism market happen occasionally. Despite the increasing supervision of administrative departments at all levels,extreme events such as tourism market fraud still occur frequently. The governance of tourism market should not be limited to legislative and administrative functions,but should pay more attention to the environment and living conditions of the host residents behind the chaos of tourism market. Based on the perspective of tourism destination hosts and with the help of cultural anthropology theory and research methods,this paper analyses the economic,social and cultural environment of tourism destination hosts behind tourism market fraud,especially the economic predicament of host residents,the failure of social and cultural constraints of tourism destination,and the impact of China’s existing tourism economic system on the operation order of tourism market,so as to resolve the deep-seated economic,social and cultural contradictions that affect tourism market management in tourist destinations.
