中美贸易战的五个战役及胜负因素探赜——基于孙膑兵法的视角

摘　　要：孙膑兵法是孙子兵法的继承与发展,是我国重要的传统文化资源。在孙膑兵法视角下,对中美贸易战的重要时间节点及五个战役的阵势变权进行检视。中美双方经历从初步试探、基本对阵、拓展战场、暂时休战到全面决战的进程。美方不知天之道,不知地之理,不得万民之心,不知对手之情。美方使用"量敌计险"的各种手段以及政策工具箱动摇不了中方捍卫自身利益的坚强决心。展望贸易战的未来走向,特朗普存在速战速决的自救意图,依然可能会利用"香港事务""朝鲜问题"等进行博弈。Military Science of Sun Bin is the inheritance and development of Military Science of Sun Tzu which is an important traditional cultural resource in China. The paper inspects the important stages of the trade Wars between China and the United States and analyzes the situations and change of five crucial battles from the perspective of Sun Bin’s military science. China and the United States have experienced a process from initial temptations, basic confrontation, expansion of the battlefield, and temporary truce to a comprehensive decisive battle. The United States does not know the way of the economy, does not know the mechanism of the situation, does not satisfy the people, and does not know the rival’s national conditions. The US’s use of the means of "measuring enemy insurance" and the policy toolbox can’t shake the strong determination of China to defend its own interests. The paper predicts the future direction of the trade war and finds that Trump has the intention of quickly solving the trade war. Trump may still use the "Hong Kong Affairs" and the "North Korea issue" and other events to bargain.
