农民专业合作社促农增收作用机理研究——基于农业适度规模经营理论视角

摘　　要：以农业适度规模经营理论为基础,分析了农民专业合作社在推进农业适度规模经营过程中发挥促农增收作用的三个机理:一是在合理组织入社农户的农业生产经营活动中集聚和优化配置生产要素以提高生产效率;二是为入社农户统一提供农业生产经营服务使其生产经营成本降低;三是延伸农业产业链、将农业与乡村旅游业相融合、与农业龙头企业建立利益联结机制,促进农业与二三产业融合,使农户分享二三产业增值收益。为充分发挥合作社促农增收作用,必须从人才、资金、管理和政策等方面着手,解决合作社发展中存在的问题,促进合作社可持续健康发展。Based on the theory of moderate scale agricultural operation,this paper analyzes three mechanisms of farmers'professional cooperatives in promoting agricultural moderate scale operation.The first one is to gather and optimize the allocation of production factors in the agricultural production and operation activities of farmers in the cooperatives to improve the production efficiency.The second one is to provide unified agricultural production and operation services for the farmers to decrease the cost of the production and operation.The third one is to extend the agricultural industry chain to integrate agriculture with rural tourism and to establish a mechanism of interest connection with leading agricultural enterprises for promoting the integration of agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries,and enabling farmers to share the value-added benefits of the industries.In order to give full play to the role of cooperatives in promoting agricultural income,we must start from the aspects of talents,funds,management and policies,solve the problems existing in the development of cooperatives,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of cooperatives.
