《医学启源》从肝论治目疾之药味特点分析

摘　　要：目的探讨《医学启源》中从肝论治目疾的药味特点及用药规律。方法从《医学启源》中治疗目疾的药物之性味、质地、归经、配伍及禁忌等表现特性方面阐述其从肝论治目疾的治疗思想,从而得出其用药规律。结果《医学启源》中治疗目疾药物味特点包括:性味多顺应肝脏苦欲补泻之法,质地轻清可循肝经上达目系,均归肝经可泻肝实或补肝虚,常配伍风药或以君臣佐使相配以治肝,慎用利尿剂以固护肝阴。结论《医学启源》中治目疾之药味特点可体现张元素从肝论治的思想,其将药物的表现特性与脏腑的生理特性相结合,丰富并完善了脏腑辨证理论,拓宽了临证用药思路,对后世影响深远。Objective To discuss the characteristics of medicine and the law of medicine use in Medical Origin.Methods This paper expounds the idea of treating eye diseases with liver from the aspects of the property and flavor,texture,meridians,compatibility and contraindication of the drugs used for treating eye diseases in Medical Origin,so as to get the regularity of using drugs.Results The characteristics of drugs for treating eye diseases in Medical Origin include the property and flavor complies with the method of liver's desire or not to replenish and purge,light texture can follow liver meridian up to the eye connector,all belong to the liver meridian that can replenish or purge liver,often combined with wind medicine or match with assistant and guide to treat liver and using diuretics with caution to protect liver yin.Conclusion The characteristics of medicine for treating eye diseases in Medical Origin can embody Zhang's idea of treating diseases from liver,he combined the performance characteristics of drugs with the physiological characteristics of the zang-fu organs,enriched and improved the theory of viscera syndrome differentiation,which had a profound impact on later generations.
