摘　　要：传统的医用财务管理信息系统存在着效率较低、成本过高、信息评估对象单一、指标权值主观化和定量研究不足等弊端。文中针对医院财务管理体系当前的缺陷,采用Power Builder数据库语言进行开发,基于C/S架构和多种数据库及软件开发技术,设计了现代智能化医院财务管理系统。该系统经过测试,得到了财务管理的基本特性参数和预期的实验结果。在部分中小型医院进行了实际运行测试,实现了医院的财务管理和收支状况信息化、数字化功能,使得医院的服务质量与资源管理效率方面均得到了提高,且验证了该系统具有较好的稳定性。The traditional medical financial management information system has the following drawbacks,such as low efficiency,high cost,single object of information evaluation,lack of specific financial research,subjective weighting of indicators and insufficient quantitative research.According to the current status of hospital financial management system,Power Builder database language is used for development.Based on C/S architecture and various database and software development technologies,a modern intelligent hospital financial management system is designed.The system designed in this paper is tested to obtain the specific basic characteristic parameters and experimental results of financial management.Through the actual operation test in small and medium-sized hospitals,financial management and income and expenditure informationization and digitization functions are realized,which has made the hospital’s service quality and resource management efficiency get better,and verified that the system has good stability.
