摘  要:为了评定常规实验羊毛直径测量的准确性,本研究按照GB/T 10685—2007《羊毛纤维直径实验方法投影显微镜法》的直径测量方法,对羊毛样品的细度进行了不确定度的来源分析及定量计算。结果表明,羊毛纤维长度引入的不确定度最高,显微镜分辨率产生的不确定度最低。为提高检测准确性,切取羊毛时要保证羊毛长度200~300 mm,为了提高检测效率,可忽略测量根数的差异,测量根数达到300根即可。In order to evaluate the accuracy of wool diameter measurement in conventional experiments,according to the diameter measurement method of GB/T 10685-2007“Wool Fiber Diameter Test Method Projection Microscope Method”,this paper carried out Source analysis and quantitative calculation of uncertainty for fineness of wool samples.The results show that of all the uncertainty of wool,fiber length is the largest and that of microscope resolution is the smallest.In order to improve the detection accuracy,the length of wool should be controlled between 200 mm and 300 mm when cutting wool.In order to improve the detection efficiency,the difference of the number of measuring roots can be neglected,and the number of measuring roots can reach 300.
