摘 要:为了快速准确地检测生物样品和环境中钴离子(Co2+)的含量,以4-二乙氨基水杨醛和丙二酸二乙酯为原料,合成7-二乙氨基香豆素-3-酰肼,与噻吩甲酰甲醛水合物通过席夫碱缩合反应制备探针CL,并通过核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。通过紫外-可见光谱和荧光发射光谱研究发现,在乙腈溶液中,CL可专一性检测Co^2+,检测限为8μM。通过Job's-plot分析法和荧光滴定拟合,证明CL与Co^2+按1:1模式配位。There is an urgent need to new suitable methods for the detection of Co2+in biological and environmental systems.In this paper,a coumarin-based fluorescent probe,CL,was designed and synthesized by condensation of 7-diethylamine coumarin-3-hydrazide with 2-thenoylglyoxal in methanol.The structure of the CL was characterized by a H-NMR spectroscopy.It was found that the CL can specifically detect Co^2+in acetonitrile containing other competing cations by investigating UV-vis and fluorescence spectra.The detection limit for Co2+was calculated to be as low as 8μM.The Job's-plot and Linear Benesi-Hildebrand expression results approve the stoichiometry ratio of 1:1 between CL and Co^2+.
