摘 要:采用煤焦油中温沥青(软化点为83℃)为主要原料,以悬浮法制备沥青球。采用SEM、BET来表征沥青球的表面形貌。探讨成球温度、搅拌速度、分散剂浓度等成球工艺条件对沥青基球形活性炭成球形貌的影响。结果表明,在成球温度为85℃,搅拌速度为300 r/min,分散剂质量浓度为15 g/L的条件下制备的沥青球球形度好,表面光滑。将制备的沥青球经过不熔化、炭化后成功制备了微孔占比为80%,比表面积为772 m2/g的沥青基球形活性炭。The coal pitch spheres were produced from the coal pitch with a softening point of 83℃by suspension method.The surface morphologies of the coal pitch spheres were characterized by SEM and BET.The effects of balling temperature,agitation speed,and PVA concentration on the sphere morphologies were investigated.The results show that the pitch spheres prepared at 85℃,300 r/min,and 15 g/L PVD concentration have good sphericity and smooth surface.The spherical activated carbon with a micropore ratio of 80%and a specific surface area of 772 m2/g was successfully prepared by non-melting and carbonization of the pitch spheres.
