摘 要:以鸡冠×富士F1代的243个单株为试材,利用SSR标记对F1代单株进行杂种真伪性鉴定和遗传多样性分析。结果表明:从35对SSR标记中筛选出了9对在亲本间条带清晰、重复性好的多态性标记,占总数的26%,其中5对完全互补型标记鉴定率(95%以上)明显高于4对不完全互补型标记(50%左右),9对标记相互补充鉴定出了225株真杂种,真杂种率为93%。7个SSR标记用于基因型分析,除1个标记表现为偏分离,其余6个标记的分离均符合孟德尔规律。UPGMA聚类分析结果表明,225个F1代单株可划分为2个大类4个亚类,单株间遗传变异较大,且遗传多样性较为丰富。The hybrid authenticity of 243 F1offsprings from the cross between Jiguan and Fuji was detected using SSR markers,and the genetic diversity of parents and progenies was analyzed.The results showed that nine SSR markers that generated polymorphic bands in parental lines were screened from thirty-five SSR markers,and the percentage of polymorphic markers was 26%.The identification rate of five complete complementary markers was obviously higher than that of four incomplete complementary markers.225 real hybrids were identified from 243 offsprings by nine SSR markers,accounting for 93%.Seven markers were used to test the genotype segregation,and chi-square test indicated that six markers exhibited the Mendelian segregation except one.The UPGMA based dendrograms indicated that the 225 offsprings could be classified into 2 groups and 4 subgroups,and the genetic variation and diversity of these offsprings was significant.
