摘  要:为掌握微细石英颗粒对煤泥脱水的影响规律,进行了常规药剂和疏水改性药剂对微细粒石英过滤脱水特性影响的试验研究。结果表明:十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(DTAB)对石英脱水助滤效果明显,配制浓度为100 g/L的石英溶液,分别加入60 g/t DTAB和SDBS,DTAB组滤饼水分较低,滤饼水分26.62%,与空白试验组(水分33.24%)相比降低6.62%。In order to study the effect of fine quartz particles on the dewatering of coal slime,experimental studies were conducted to investigate the dehydration characteristics of fine-grained quartz by conventional agents and hydrophobic modifiers.The results showed that:sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonate(SDBS)and dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide(DTAB)are effective for dehydration and filtration of quartz,and a quartz solution with a concentration of 100 g/L is prepared and added to 60 g/t DTAB and SDBS,DTAB group filter cake moisture is low,the filter cake moisture is 26.62%,compared with the blank test group(moisture is 33.24%)reduced compared to 6.62%.
