摘 要:试验在邦德碎磨理论的基础上测定了唐山开滦钱家营矿浮选中煤的球磨功指数,取得了较好的实验结果。Bond功指数结果表明:当试验选定筛子孔径为Φ270μm,原矿煤样经筛分后筛下比例占到80%的粒度是785μm,磨矿平衡筛下物料占比80%的粒度为245μm,单转生成的筛下物料Gbp=4.54 g/r时,通过计算得到试验邦德功指数为13.98 kWh/t。Based on the Bond grinding theory, the ball mill work index of flotation coal mines in Kailuan and Qianjiaying in Tangshan was measured and the experimental results were obtained. The results of Bond work index show that when the sieve diameter of the selected test sieve is Φ270 μm,the sieve size of 80% of the raw coal samples after sieving is 785 μm, the sieve size of 80% of the material under the grinding balance sieve is 245 μm. When the Gbp of single-pass sieve is 4.54 g/r, the calculated Bond’s work index is 13.98 kWh/t.
