摘　　要：目的:调查南充市中医药健康管理服务现状,为提高健康管理服务质量提供参考.方法:运用问卷调查法对南充市不同人群开展抽样调查,了解被调查人群对健康管理的认识、中医中药运用情况以及被调查人群最关注的健康管理问题.结果:共收集到有效问卷205份,受访居民中有75.3%听说过健康管理,85.8%的居民认为需要对健康进行管理,完全不了解中医健康管理的25%,居民觉得自己需要中医药健康管理的74.1%.结论:中医药健康管理在我市的认知度较高但缺乏深度,需从社区医院做起,加强中医药健康管理的宣传力度,使中医药健康管理服务的内容得到扩展,以便为居民提供更加优质、有效的中医药服务.Objective:To investigate the status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health management services in Nan Chong City.Methods:A questionnaire from residents in Nan Chong City was conducted.The questions such as understanding of health management,the use of TCM,and the most concerned health management issues were included.Results:205 valid questionnaires were collected.Among the respondents,75.3%heard health management,85.8% believed that health management was needed.As for the TCM health management,25%respondents hardly known it,and 74.1% believed that the TCM health management was needed.Conclusion:Chinese medicine health management in our city has a high awareness but lacks depth.We need to start with community hospitals,strengthen the propaganda of Chinese medicine health management,and expand the content of Chinese medicine health management services,so as to provide residents with more high-quality and effective Chinese medicine services.
