摘  要:综合比对分析了3款典型的1.0T三缸发动机技术、布置、性能,阐述了小型增压发动机的技术发展路线、未来市场的应用前景,指出面对日趋严格的油耗、排放法规以及未来市场节能、减排的需求,开发小型增压发动机是趋势之一。小型增压发动机用低惯量、小尺寸涡轮来提高涡轮灵敏度,降低迟滞感,实现高效率和高性能。应用缸内直喷、VVT、高滚流比、EGR、缸盖集成排气歧管、均质燃烧、分层燃烧、智能热管理、运动件减摩等先进技术提高热效率,是实现当前和未来一段时间内汽车节能与环保的主要手段。By comparing and analyzing the technology,structure and performance of three typical 1.0T three-cylinder engines,this paper reveals the technical development routes of turbocharged small engines and the application prospects in the future market.In the face of increasingly stringent fuel consumption laws,vehicle emission regulations and future market demand for energy saving and emission reduction,many automobile manufacturers have been focusing on the development of downsized and turbocharged engines.In order to achieve more energy saving and more environmental protection for vehicle power in the current and future periods,the downsized and turbocharged engines were used with low inertia and small size turbines to improve turbine sensitivity and reduce hysteresis,and achieve high efficiency and high performance.And many other advanced technologies such as in-cylinder direct injection,VVT,high tumble ratio,EGR,cylinder head integrated exhaust manifolds,homogeneous combustion,stratified combustion,intelligent thermal management and friction reduction for moving parts,etc,are the main routes for energy saving and environmental protection for automobiles.
