摘 要:某款发动机在开发过程中,搭载于整车进行NVH主观评价试验,发现在某种试验工况下存在敲击噪声。经NVH测试分析,该敲击噪声仅出现在某一频率段的特定工况下。在此工况下,曲轴系统弯曲振动引起的噪声幅值较大。围绕此弯曲振动问题,调整减振皮带轮转动惯量和频率,制作不同频率组合的样件,进行NVH性能测试和主观评价对比,找出了对NVH性能改善比较明显的减振皮带轮最佳频率范围。During the development of an engine,the subjective evaluation of NVH with the vehicle found that there was a knock noise under a certain test condition.The NVH test shows that the knocking noise only appears in a certain frequency band under a specific working condition.In this case,the noise amplitude caused by bending vibration of crankshaft system is large.Aiming at this bending vibration problem,via adjusting the moment of inertia and frequency of TVD and making samples with different frequency combinations,NVH performance test was carried out and subjective evaluations were compared.The optimum frequency range of TVD with obvious improvement of NVH performance was found.
