摘　　要：通过对包含105个效应值、1264724个总样本量的分布于Association of Business Schools(ABS)Academic Journal Guide 2015年期刊排名3区和4区的58篇相互独立实证研究的元分析,本研究探究了企业绩效在多大程度上与国际多元化有关,潜在影响因素是否对国际多元化与企业绩效关系具有调节作用。研究结果表明:国际多元化与企业绩效呈显著的正相关关系,且这种正相关关系具有高度情景依赖性;基于数据的可用性与可靠性,本研究从资源观视角归纳出了企业内部异质资源、外部环境、测量与方法因素等三方面的潜在影响变量,结果显示各影响因素的作用程度不尽相同。这表明国际多元化与企业绩效关系受企业异质性、全球经济稳定性、国家竞争优势、研究方法和测量标准的影响。Based on the meta-analysis for 58 independent empirical studies distributed in 3-tier and 4-tier in the Association of Business Schools(ABS)Academic Journal Guide 2015,including 105 effect values and 1264724 total sample sizes,this study explored how and to what degree was firm performance related to international diversification,and whether the international diversification and firm performance relationship was moderated by potential influencing factors.This study finds that there is a significantly positive relationship between international diversification and firm performance,and such relationship is highly contextual-dependent.Based on the availability and reliability of data,from the resource-based view perspective,this study generalized three types of underlying influencing variables,including firm's internal heterogeneous resources,external environments,measurement and methodology factors.Results show that each influencing factor has a different impact on such nexus.This indicates that the relationship between international diversification and firm performance is affected by firms'heterogeneity,global economy stability,country's competition advantage,research methodology and measurement criterion.
