摘　　要：低级别阑尾黏液性肿瘤(LAMN)发病率低,常表现为阑尾炎症状或腹部包块,由于缺乏特异性临床特征,术前诊断困难。随着结肠镜普及率增加及超声内镜(EUS)在结肠中的应用越来越多,LAMN的检出也越来越多,同时也产生了更多的疑惑和需要进一步探索解决的问题。比如LAMN的超声内镜表现、与其他影像学检查相比是否存在优势、与其他阑尾疾病的鉴别诊断、术前分期的意义和准确性等。同时,扇扫式超声内镜、环扫式超声内镜和微探头超声内镜哪一种更适合扫查阑尾疾病,超声内镜的选择也需要更多的研究和总结。The incidence of low-grade appendix mucinous neoplasms(LAMN) is low, and it is often manifested as appendicitis and abdominal mass. Due to the lack of specific clinical features, preoperative diagnosis is difficult. With the popularization of colonoscopy and application of endoscopic ultrasound(EUS) in the colon, the detection rate of LAMN is rising.At the same time, more doubts and problems need further exploration and solution. For example, the features of LAMN in EUS, the advantages of EUS compared with other imaging examinations, its differential diagnosis of other appendic diseases, the significance and accuracy of preoperative staging. More research and summary need to select which kind of ultrasound endoscope(Liner-array echoendoscope, radial-array echoendoscope and miniprobe) more suitable for detecting appendix diseases.
