摘　　要：目前市场上多彩服饰产品越来越多,渐变色产品也越来越受欢迎。文章通过分析现有的3种有缺陷的多色渐变产品的加工生产技术,论述了通过对四色针梳机进行控制改造,实现多色渐变产品的生产实践,具有可多色设计、渐变长度可变、成本低、产量高的优势,既可生产捻度平衡的特种纱,亦可生产单纱。该生产方法既满足个体化需求,又满足设计多样化要求,为彩色渐变纱规模化生产提供了指导。Nowadays, there are more and more colorful apparel in the market, and the gradient color products are becoming more and more popular. By analyzing three defective production technologies of multi-color gradient products in the market, this paper discusses the control reformation of traditional four-color gilling machine, so as to realize the production practice of multi-color gradient products, with multi-color design, variable gradient length, low cost and high output. It can produce specialty yarn with balanced twist or single yarn. The production method not only satisfies the individualized demand, but also meets the diversification requirements of the design, and provides guidance for the large-scale production of the colored gradient yarn.
