摘 要:在医学科学高速发展的今天,感染性疾病的发病率仍然很高。由于耐药细菌和变异病毒等不断涌现,人类寻找新型抗感染药物的脚步也从未停止。抗微生物肽是广泛存在于各种动植物中,具有免疫防御功能的阳离子多肽类,由于其抗微生物活性多样,具有免疫调节功能,是抗感染药物研发的理想分子。笔者就抗微生物肽在感染性疾病中的研究现状进行综述。Although,with rapid development of medical science,the incidence of infectious diseases is still high.Related mortality and huge medical burden still pose a serious threat to human beings.The researches looking for new anti-infective drugs has never stopped with the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria and mutant viruses.Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)are cationic polypeptides widely existing in all kinds of animals and plants,which play defense and immune function.AMPs are ideal molecules of anti-infection drugs due to their diverse antimicrobial activities and immunoregulatory functions.This article reviews the current research status of AMPs in infectious diseases.
