摘  要:测试是智能仪表生产环节最为重要的环节之一,能否高效准确检测出电子仪表模块中软硬件问题是仪表出厂产品质量的关键。本文以某仪表企业电子仪表测试为背景,利用在线测试、功能测试、数据存储与分析技术设计开发出一款测试温度控制器的测试系统,便捷高效的操作,大大提高了生产测试效率,提升产品出厂质量。Testing is one of the most important links in the production of intelligent instrument.The key to the quality of the instrument manufactured is whether the hardware and software of the electronic instrument module can be detected efficiently and accurately.This paper is based on the requirement of temperature control instrument electronic module testing production line in an instrument enterprise.It has been designed a testing system which using on-line testing,functional testing,data storage and analysis technology.It is convenient and efficient to operate,and greatly improves the efficiency of production testing and improves the quality of manufactured products.
