摘 要:目的:研究不同教育模式对社区医务人员慢性肾脏病(CKD)认知的影响,为社区医生再教育提供参考意见。方法:在2016年10月将上海市青浦区10家社区卫生服务中心的625名全科医生、公卫医生、护士与乡村医生分成3组进行不同方式教育干预,第一组采用讲座加科普教育模式,第二组采用讲座教育模式,第三组采用科普教育模式,为期10个月。评价3组医务人员教育前后CKD的认知水平。结果:教育前,3组医务人员的CKD知识认知水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教育后,第一组CKD知识认知得分高于第二组(P<0.01),也高于第三组(P<0.01),第三组的得分高于第二组(P<0.05);且3组医务人员的得分均高于教育前(P<0.01)。结论:3种不同教育模式均能显著提高社区医务人员对CKD认知水平,但讲座加科普的效果更为显著,提示对社区医务人员进行CKD防治知识的讲座和科普教育,可更好地提高医务人员对CKD的认知水平。Objective:To study the different educational modes on cognitive effects of chronic kidney disease(CKD)in community medical workers,and to provide a reference for community physician re-education.Methods:In October 2016,625 general practitioners,public health doctors,nurses and rural doctors from 10 community health service centers in Qingpu District of Shanghai were divided into three groups for different types of educational intervention,the first group adopted the lecture plus popular science education mode,the second group adopted the lecture education mode,and the third group adopted the popular science education mode for a period of 10 months.The cognitive levels of CKD of medical workers in three groups were evaluated before and after education.Results:Before education,there was no significant difference in the cognitive level of CKD of medical workers in the three groups(P>0.05).After education,the cognitive score of CKD knowledge in the first group was higher than that in the second group(P<0.01),and higher than that in the third group(P<0.01),and that in the third group was higher than that in the second group(P<0.01);the scores of medical workers in the three groups were higher than those before the education(P<0.01).Conclusion:Three different education modes can significantly improve the cognitive level of CKD of community medical workers,but the effect of lectures plus popular science is more significant.It is suggested that lectures and popular science education on CKD prevention knowledge for community medical workers can better improve the cognitive level of CKD in medical workers.
