医院药房实习生心态调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查大学三年级药学本科生大四去医院药房前的实习心态,为高校合理安排毕业实习提供调查依据。方法采取调查问卷的方法对某高校大三药学本科生71人进行调查。结果 84.5%本科生认为影响医院药房实习效果的因素是药房带教药师的讲解水平,76.1%认为临床药学知识最佳学习方式是药房药师的实习带教,90.1%认为培养药师与患者的沟通技巧是应在工作中培养并不断提高的;87.3%本科生实习意向是去市区三甲医院,71.8%认为当前医院就业门槛高导致本科生毕业实习后难留下来。结论医院药房实习最好由药房药师带教讲解以便实习生较好地学习临床药学知识,通过药房实习及今后工作提高药师与患者沟通的技巧。根据本科生实习心态高校应引导去基层医院药房实习就业。Objective To survey the mentality of undergraduate students of Foshan University to the hospital pharmacy practice. Methods 71 cases of college students were surveyed with self-made questionnaire. Results84.5% of these college students thought the influencing factors of hospital pharmacy practice is pharmacy teaching pharmacists’ explanation. 76.1% of the students think the best way to learn knowledge of clinical pharmacy is medicine teaching. 90.1% of the students think training pharmacists’ communication skills with patients is to develop and constantly improve in work. 87.3% of the students want to go downtown 3 armor hospital internship. 71.8% of students think it’s difficult to stay after the high threshold of graduation.Conclusion The hospital pharmacy of pharmacy teaching practice and the best pharmacists explained so that students learn knowledge of clinical pharmacy. The students should improve pharmacist’s doctor-patient communication skills throughout the pharmacy practice and experience. The college should guide students to the grass-roots hospital pharmacy practice as much as possible.
