一体织造成型展开全透光提花百叶窗帘织物的设计与开发

摘　　要：为制得一体织造成型的展开透光百叶窗帘织物,织物经向的每个循环设计为3个单元组成,每个单元由固结区1、遮光区、固结区2、浮线区4个区域组成,且4个区域都设计为三层结构。固结区1的上层和中层采用表经接结的双层结构,下层和上、中层之间为空芯袋织;遮光区的上中下三层之间均为空芯袋织;固结区2的中层和下层为采用表经接结的双层结构,上层和中、下两层之间为空芯袋织;浮线区的上层和中层之间为空芯袋织,下层由经浮长组成,下机后修剪。在遮光区、固结区1和固结区2三个区域的纬线设计为四组纬线,排列比为1∶1∶1∶1;浮线区的纬线设计为两组纬线,排列比为1∶1。织物的经线设计为三组,排列比为1∶1∶1,在3个不同单元间,三组经线通过交换上、中、下层来解决经线织缩问题。织物下机后修剪浮线区的经浮长,再将上下两层纱织物与拉杆固定,从而形成重叠遮光、展开透光的百叶窗帘效果。该织物生产及百叶窗帘制作加工工艺大大简化,同时也提升了其环保性。In order to produce one-piece venetian blind fabric with jacquard effects, each circulation of the fabric in the warp direction was designed to be constituted by three units, and each unit consists of four areas of three-layered structure, namely consolidation area 1, shading area, consolidation area 2, and float line area. The upper layer and middle layer of consolidation area 1 are designed to be of double-layer structure with surface warp stitching, and the space between the lower layer and the upper and middle layers is designed as hollow woven fabric;the spaces between the three layers of the shading area all are designed as hollow woven fabric;the middle layer and lower layer of consolidation area 2 are designed to be of double-layer structure with surface warp stitching, and the space between the lower layer and the upper and middle layers is designed as hollow woven fabric;the space between the upper layer and middle layer of float line area is designed as hollow woven fabric, the lower layer consists of wrap float line, and the wrap float line will be cut after the weaving process. The weft arrangement is 1∶1∶1∶1 in consolidation area 1, shading area and consolidation area 2. The weft arrangement is 1∶1 in float line area. The warp fabric is designed as three groups, with the warp arrangement is 1∶1∶1. In order to prevent wrap shrinkage, the upper, middle and lower layers will be changed in every three units. After the weaving process, wrap float line in float line area will be cut, the upper and lower layers of the fabric will be secured with tension rod, so as to get venetian blind fabric with jacquard effects that is light-proof while layers overlapped and permeable to light while layers unfolded. The production process of the fabric and the venetian blind is greatly simplified, and the environmental performance is also improved.
