摘 要:对混纺物中同时存在多种复合纤维进行定性研究。在传统的燃烧法、显微镜观察法、溶解法基础上,引入红外光谱分析法和热分析技术(差示扫描量热法、熔点法)对同时含有聚乙烯/聚丙烯复合纤维(PE/PP)、聚乙烯/聚酯复合纤维(PE/PET)的织物进行各种定性测试。结果表明,两种复合纤维均为皮芯结构,其燃烧特征、溶解特征均体现了PE、PP、PET 3种纤维的复合特征,红外光谱及热分析可观察到两种复合纤维的皮层与PE单组份纤维的特征、芯层分别与PP、PET单组份的特性基本相同,该方法可准确鉴别聚乙烯/聚丙烯复合纤维和聚乙烯/聚酯复合纤维混纺的纺织品。A qualitative study was conducted on several types of composite fibers simultaneously existing in blended fabric. On the basis of traditional qualitative identification method including combustion method, microscope observation method and dissolution method, infrared spectroscopic analysis method and thermal analysis technology(differential scanning calorimetry and melting point method) were introduced to test the fabrics of PE/PP and PE/PET qualitatively. The results show that both composite fibres are core-skin structures, and their combustion characteristics and dissolution characteristics reflect the composite characteristics of PE, PP and PET fibers. Infrared spectrum and thermal analysis showed that both composite fibers were basically identical with single-component fibers of PE in terms of cortex characteristics, and with single-component fibers of PP and PET in terms of core characteristics. This method can accurately identify the blended fabrics of PE/PP and PE/PET.
