摘 要:为了验证实验室自主研发的色牢度自动评级系统的性能,根据该系统的特点,针对不同形式的沾色色牢度和变色色牢度,分别从公式、方法准确性、方法精密度以及样品的适用性等几个方面进行探讨。结果表明:该系统的计算结果与GB/T 32598-2016和GB/T 32616-2016中的要求一致,准确性和精密度良好,适用于不同形式和不同类型样品的沾色色牢度及变色色牢度级别的评定。该系统的研制和应用,使色牢度评级结果更为准确、可靠,有利于仪器评级方法更好地推广。To verify the performance of self-developed automatic rating system for textiles color fastness, the color staining fastness and color changing fastness in different forms are researched from the aspects of formula, method accuracy, method precision and applicability of samples according to the characteristics of the system. The results show that the calculation results of the system are consistent with the requirements of GB/T 32598-2016 and GB/T 32616-2016. The system has good accuracy and precision, and is applicable for rating color staining fastness and color changing fastness in different forms and different types of samples. The development and application of the system makes possible to obtain more accurate and reliable color fastness rating result, which is helpful to popularize the instrumental rating method for textiles color fastness.
