摘　　要：目的:探讨基于奥马哈问题分类系统对炎症性肠病患者护理问题的评估。方法:采用便利抽样的方法选取64例炎症性肠病患者作为研究对象,对其存在的问题进行分析、归类,为临床护理提供依据。结果:64例炎症性肠病患者存在问题超过30%的主要有收入、疼痛、排便功能、睡眠功能紊乱、精神健康、营养等。结论:应用奥马哈问题分类系统对炎症性肠病患者进行护理问题的评估,不但能从环境、心理社会、生理及健康等多个相关领域进行全面的了解,还有利于整体护理和医院-社区-家庭一体化全程护理干预模式的形成。Objective:To investigate the evaluation on the nursing problems of patients with inflammatory bowel disease based on Omaha problem classification system.Methods:A total of 64 patients with inflammatory bowel disease were selected by convenient sampling method,and the existing problems were analyzed and classified to provide evidence for clinical nursing.Results:More than 30%of the 64 patients with inflammatory bowel disease had major problems,including income,pain,defecation,sleep disorder,mental health and nutrition.Conclusion:The application of Omaha problem classification system to the assessment of nursing problems of patients with inflammatory bowel disease can not only provide a comprehensive understanding of the environment,psychosocial,physiological and health fields,but also facilitate the formation of holistic nursing and the whole process of hospital-community-family integrated nursing intervention.
