摘　　要：目的探讨孕早期血清胎盘生长因子(PLGF)、Metastin和壳三糖酶活性对预测子痫前期的价值。方法157例孕妇根据随访至分娩前是否诊断子痫前期分为病例组和对照组,比较两组孕妇在孕11~14周血清PLGF、Metastin和壳三糖酶活性的差异,并分析其预测子痫前期的价值。结果病例组PLGF水平低于对照组,Metastin水平、壳三糖酶活性高于对照组(均P<0.01)。血清PLGF、Metastin和壳三糖酶活性在诊断子痫前期的阳性判断值分别为323 ng/L、1708 pmol/L和600 mmol/L,敏感度分别为82.69%、79.25%和68.27%,特异度分别为73.58%、75.00%和84.91%。结论在妊娠11~14周时检测PLGF、Metastin和壳三糖酶活性可作为预测子痫前期发生的指标。Objective To investigate the value of serum PLGF,metastin and chitotriosidase activity in predicting preeclampsia during early pregnancy.Methods In this study,157 pregnant women were divided into the Case Group and Control Group according to whether they were diagnosed with preeclampsia from being followed up until delivery.The serum PLGF,metastin and chitotriosidase activity at 11th to 14 th week of gestation were compared between the two groups.The value of the differences in the prediction of the preeclampsia was analyzed.Results The PLGF level in the Case Group was lower than that in the Control Group,and metastin level and chitotriosidase activity in the Case Group were higher than those in the Control Group(P<0.01 for all).The positive values of serum PLGF,metastin and chitotrisaccharide activity in the diagnosis of preeclampsia were 323 ng/L,1708 pmol/L and 600 mmol/L,respectively.The sensitivity of serum PLGF,metastin and chitotrisaccharide activity was 82.69%,79.25% and 68.27%,and their specificity was 73.58%,75.00% and 84.91%,respectively.Conclusion Detection of the PLGF,Metastin and chitotriosidase activity at the 11th to 14 th week of gestation can serve as indicators to predict the occurrence of preeclampsia.
